We offer riding lessons for all styles and skill levels, from beginner to advanced, with a focus on both the rider’s and the horse’s well-being. Drawing on a solid understanding of human and equine anatomy, we dive into why certain exercises might be challenging for you and your horse. We’ll explore practical suggestions and variations you can try right away, helping you work toward your goals in a sustainable way that avoids injury.

    Healing Acupressure

Acupressure for horses is a great way to introduce them to bodywork and therapeutic touch. In their first session, many horses may find it hard to stand still or realize that the touch isn’t a cue to move. Five Elements Acupressure style uses gentle, calming touch and specific acupressure points to help ease a variety of symptoms.

    Equine Therapy

Equine therapy, using massage and movement, can be gentle or quite intense. Sessions are tailored to suit each horse’s individual needs. Depending on the severity of the problem, therapy may take more or less time than expected. Combining techniques from equine sports massage, acupressure, and osteopathic manipulation, these methods work together to promote healing.

    Equine Training and Conditioning

We offer training and conditioning rides and programs for horses returning to work after an injury or a break. Each horse receives a thorough fitness assessment, followed by a tailored program to suit its needs. The plan includes exercise PDFs to follow, which can be updated as the horse’s fitness progresses.

    Online and Distance Options

Sometimes distance makes it tough to see a trainer or have someone come out, but online lessons or gait assessments can be a great alternative. Just send in a video of your horse moving or you riding, and I’ll review it before sending back my observations along with exercises to help you and your horse improve. While these may not be as accurate as in-person sessions, I truly believe they can give you the boost you need to start moving forward again.
